    The booking process is entirely online. We will send you the event package, contract and invoice which can be paid through our client portal.

  • $1,000 non-refundable booking deposit is due at booking.

    Flexible payment terms can be finalized at booking.

    Full balance is due no later than 90 days prior to the event date.

  • Each package has its designated venue rental timeframe, from 4hrs and up to 12hrs depending on the package you choose.

    Your rental time includes setup, event hours and teardown.

    You have the option of renting additional time at an hourly charge payable in cash at time of request.

  • Guest counts can be adjusted up to 30 days before your event date.

  • Outside vendors are permitted at no additional charge.

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 120 days prior to the event date to avoid penalties.

    There are no refunds for cancellations. Please review our Event Insurance page for more information.

  • We allow one complimentary reschedule up to 120 days prior to the event date. The new event date must be within the same calendar year to avoid reprocessing fees. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Yes, we do provide a full catering experience with our packages. You also have the option of bringing outside catering.

  • We are one of the only venues in the area that does not charge an additional service fee. Your package price already includes all fees!

  • We do have our own cake baker and offer competitive rates for beautiful, personalized cakes!

    With our in-house cake, we already include the cake cutting service and supplies for your cake.

    You may bring in your own cake, and there would be a fee of $250 for the supplies and cake cutting service.

  • La Villa Venue allows you the freedom and flexibility to provide your own alcohol.

    We do not sell any alcohol.

    Bartender and police are required, and must be hired through La Villa Venue. These services are included complimentary in our inclusive packages.

  • Normal cleaning is provided by our staff; however, confetti, rice, gum, wax, etc. requires additional cleanup and supplies. If excessive cleaning is required, La Villa Venue will assess a fee deductible from your incidentals deposit.

  • Nope! You can create a quote online or visit us for a personalized quote that includes all taxes and fees.

  • Yes, we have ramps outside and the inside of our venue including restrooms is handicap accessible.

    Please note that we have an elevated platform that requires stairs, however there is a pathway to the left that does not require stair use.
