At La Villa Venue, our policy stands firm: deposits and payments for event contracts are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. To safeguard your investment, we strongly advise considering Event Insurance. This specialized policy protects hosts against unforeseen circumstances during the rehearsal, wedding, or reception. It covers various incidents, such as damage caused by guests or vendors, guest injuries, or unexpected mishaps. Should you need to cancel or postpone your event due to a covered reason, Event Insurance will reimburse all lost deposits and payments.

This insurance policy functions as an agreement between you, the client, and Wed Safe and/or Private Event Insurance. La Villa Venue holds no financial involvement or responsibility regarding your insurance contract. Therefore, all claims must be addressed directly to your chosen third-party insurance company, not La Villa Venue.
